I'm a 92 year old mom (kidding) and these are my must-haves

People are always telling me I look younger than I am, and I love to joke that I’m 92 years old but using a really good serum. (Okay, maybe not actually 92… but if I keep up this routine, who knows? 😉)

Here are links to my lineup of daily must-haves (and why I love them):


1. Hypochlorous Acid

The all-in-one healer. I use this spray for cuts, scrapes, bites, burns — basically anything my kids (or I) manage to injure.

2. Methylene Blue Serum (discount with code JESSICAREY)

The only skincare bottle I truly need. Simple, effective, and no endless 12-step routine required. I put it on after washing my face and before moisturizer. 

3. Red Light Therapy 

Red light + the methylene blue serum = skin that looks like I just got back from a really expensive facial. 5-10 minutes daily works wonders for my skin.

4. Castor Oil Packs

An old-school remedy that works. Great for cramps, detox support, and just giving my body a reset.

5. Organ Supplement (Discount with Link)

The first organ supplement I’ve actually been able to take consistently — no gag factor, and it makes me feel amazing and is formulated specifically for women.

6. Rebounder (Mini Trampoline)

It’s incredible for lymphatic drainage, circulation, and energy. A 5-minute bounce = instant mood lift.

7. Walking Treadmill

How I hit 10,000 steps while answering emails, making calls, or homeschooling. Total game-changer.

8. Batana Oil + Rosemary Essential Oil

My favorite hair-growth duo. Natural, effective, and way cheaper than fancy serums without all the ingredients I can't pronounce. A tiny bit goes a long way. 

I almost fill one of these bottles with the batana oil and add 20 drops of rosemary essential oil. Once a week, I rub a bit of this into my scalp 30 minutes before washing.

Everyone obsesses over vitamins but forgets about minerals — and most of us are deficient. Pair that with dehydration, and your cells are running on empty. These minerals + electrolytes keep me hydrated and replenished at a deep level, not just on the surface. I use the liquid form (just one shot a day), but they have capsules, too.

10. Wild Yam Root Cream

A gentle, natural way to support hormone balance. 

11. Unrefined Sugar

Yes, sugar made the list because sometimes I need something sweet. I use it in baking, coffee, and basically everything.

Love the fit!

I have a small bust compared to my hips, and a longer torso, so it’s pretty challenging to find a one-piece that doesn’t give me a huge wedgie. I got the size small in the Pear shaped swimsuit; my measurements are 34”-31”-38”, and a size small fits great. Thank you for making swimsuits for a range of bodies!!
