button-down midi dress in ebony

This dress is very cute. I love the fit and have had many compliments on it. Also the pockets are great!

Requested this dress as a birthday gift from my hubby and I am so glad I did! It is extremely well made, comfortable, and modest. It can be dressed up or down which makes it one of my favorite dresses! The pockets are a fabulous addition. I would highly recommend this dress, it is worth every penny!

So fun, cute, and modest.

First off, the dress is absolutely adorable. Even my husband loves the floral lined pockets. I'm excited to wear it out! However, there are significant issues, especially for the price. The buttons gape at the waist and will need to be mended for me to wear it in public. There were also threads hanging out of the seams, and the zipper construction is very odd and haphazard-looking. Keeping it and it is lovely, but disappointed with the quality.

This dress is super cute and made of quality soft fabric! I loved the cute print in the pocket, very discrete, but adorable! Loved all the details from the pockets to the buttons and straps. However, the zipper on the side of the dress only unzips to right before the waist (where the fourth button is on the dress, but on the side). This made it difficult to put on since the smallest part of the dress is the waist and the zipper does not go past the waist. The dress has to be put on over your head which is fine, but because the waist does not unzip it can be difficult to get past my shoulders and chest. Luckily several inches of unused/unsewn in zipper hang down in the dress and I can have a seamstress sew the rest of the zipper in down to mid hip. Should fit perfectly then!
